Refund Policy – Ayodhya Darshan Yatra
At Ayodhya Darshan Yatra, we strive to provide the best travel experiences with transparency and fairness. Below is our refund policy, applicable to all tour packages, hotel bookings, cab services, and related offerings.
1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued based on the notice period provided before the travel date:

2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, you must email or call our support team with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Amount paid for special darshan passes, temple entry, or third-party activities is non-refundable.
If the customer chooses to leave the trip early or does not use a service, no partial refund will be issued.
No refunds for cancellations due to delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, temple closures, or unforeseen events.
4. Modifications Instead of Refund
In certain cases, we may offer the option to reschedule the tour or adjust the amount against a future trip, instead of providing a refund. This is subject to availability and management approval.
