Shree Ram Janmbhoomi

Shree Ram Janmbhoomi

The birthplace of Lord Ram, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi is the holiest site in Ayodhya. The grand Ram Mandir is under construction and is expected to be a major spiritual and cultural center.

Hanuman Garhi

A famous temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, located on a hilltop. Devotees believe that Hanumanji guards Ayodhya, and visiting this temple before Ram Janmabhoomi is auspicious.

Dashrath Mahal

The royal palace of King Dashrath, father of Lord Ram. It is a beautiful structure with grand archways and houses idols of Ram, Lakshman, Bharat, and Shatrughan.

Kanak Bhawan

Also known as Sone Ka Mandir, Kanak Bhawan is a gift to Goddess Sita from Kaikeyi. The temple is famous for its stunning gold-plated idols of Ram and Sita.

Ram Ki Paidi

A series of sacred ghats on the banks of River Saryu, where devotees take a holy dip. It is beautifully lit in the evening and a great place for spiritual reflection.

Nageshwar Temple

Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple is one of the oldest in Ayodhya. It is believed that worshiping here fulfills wishes and removes negative energies.

Treta Ka Thakur

A sacred temple where Lord Ram’s Ashwamedha Yajna took place. The temple houses black stone idols of Ram, Sita, Lakshman, Hanuman, and Bharat.

Mani Parvat

A small hill believed to be a fragment of the Sanjeevani Booti that Lord Hanuman carried from the Himalayas. It offers a panoramic view of Ayodhya.

Chhoti Devkali Mandir

Dedicated to Goddess Devkali, the family deity of Lord Ram. It is believed that King Dashrath worshipped here for the well-being of his sons.

Sita Ki Rasoi

A symbolic kitchen of Goddess Sita, located near Ram Janmabhoomi. It houses utensils and idols of Sita, Ram, and his brothers, representing their royal life.

Surya Kund

A sacred water tank dedicated to Lord Surya (Sun God), where devotees take a holy dip for spiritual purification. It is believed that Lord Ram performed Surya Arghya (offering water to the Sun) here.

Guptar Ghat

Located on the banks of the Saryu River, this is where Lord Ram is believed to have taken Jal Samadhi (left the earthly realm). The serene ghat is a major pilgrimage site for meditation and prayers.

Bharat Kund

Situated in Nandigram, Bharat Kund is associated with Bharat, the brother of Lord Ram, who ruled Ayodhya from here during Ram’s exile. Devotees visit to seek Bharat’s devotion and sacrifice.
