At Ayodhya Darshan Yatra<\/strong>, we strive to provide the best travel experiences with transparency and fairness. Below is our refund policy, applicable to all tour packages, hotel bookings, cab services, and related offerings.<\/p>

1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline<\/strong><\/h3>

Refunds will be issued based on the notice period provided before the travel date:<\/p>

  • To initiate a refund request, you must email or call our support team<\/strong> with your booking details and reason for cancellation.<\/p><\/li>

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7\u201310 working days<\/strong> to the original mode of payment.<\/p><\/li>

  • Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong><\/h3>

    • Amount paid for special darshan passes<\/strong>, temple entry<\/strong>, or third-party activities<\/strong> is non-refundable.<\/p><\/li>

    • If the customer chooses to leave the trip early or does not use a service, no partial refund will be issued.<\/p><\/li>

    • No refunds for cancellations due to delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, temple closures<\/strong>, or unforeseen events<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Modifications Instead of Refund<\/strong><\/h3>

      In certain cases, we may offer the option to reschedule the tour<\/strong> or adjust the amount against a future trip<\/strong>, instead of providing a refund.
