By booking any services through Ayodhya Darshan Yatra<\/strong>, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request all customers to carefully read and understand these before making any reservations.<\/p>

1. Booking & Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, customer support, or authorized representatives.<\/p><\/li>

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance payment or full payment, as per the package requirement.<\/p><\/li>

  • We will issue a confirmation voucher after successful booking, which must be presented at the time of travel or check-in.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Payments & Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.<\/p><\/li>

    • Cancellation charges will apply as follows:<\/p>

      • 7+ days before travel:<\/strong> 20% of total amount<\/p><\/li>

      • 3\u20136 days before travel:<\/strong> 50% of total amount<\/p><\/li>

      • Less than 3 days:<\/strong> No refund<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • In case of no-show or last-minute cancellations, no refund will be provided.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3. Changes & Modifications<\/strong><\/h3>

        • Requests to modify travel dates or services must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.<\/p><\/li>

        • Ayodhya Darshan Yatra reserves the right to make necessary changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political events, or temple closures.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          4. Hotel, Cab & Food Services<\/strong><\/h3>

          • Hotel category (Standard\/Deluxe) is as per the selected package. Any upgrades are subject to additional charges.<\/p><\/li>

          • All cabs provided are commercially licensed and come with experienced drivers.<\/p><\/li>

          • Food services, if included, are strictly vegetarian and prepared under hygienic conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            5. Liability & Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>

            • Ayodhya Darshan Yatra is not liable for any delay, accident, injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the tour.<\/p><\/li>

            • While we strive to ensure smooth service, certain delays or interruptions beyond our control may occur (like traffic, temple queues, etc.).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              6. Customer Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>

              • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with our staff, drivers, and fellow pilgrims.<\/p><\/li>

              • Any misbehavior, damage to property, or violation of rules may lead to cancellation of services without refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                7. Disputes & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3>
